SERVICE REQUIREMENTS Wigs, closures, frontals, and bundles must be clean and ready-to-install. I do not work over other stylist’s work. Clients arriving unprepared may be charged an additional fee or denied service with no refund. ADD-ONS & EXTRA FEES Any add on service not booked in advance is not guaranteed. Extra customization, length or correction services require an add-on fee. NO REFUNDS on services rendered GUEST POLICY No extra guests or children. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the appointment. MEDIA CONSENT Photos and videos may be taken for promotional use. Content will never be posted without maintaining professionalism. Please notify me before your appointment if you do not consent. DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits go toward the total service price. Remaining balance is due at the time of service. No appointment is confirmed without a deposit. Cancellation Policy

A 15 min grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, a $30 dollar late fee will be applied. After 25 minutes, the appointment will be canceled and charged 20% . Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations or NO-SHOWS will result in loss of deposit & 20% cancellations fee. Repeated NO-SHOWS will result in a ban from booking.
